These include the Williams Earthshot award and the launch of his Homewards homelessness initiative in June 2023, with applicants required to be able to speak Welsh.
Communications William is taking on a number of small charity roles to reflect his new responsibilities in Wales as the Duke of Cornwall but he will not be taking on a large number of new roles following Buckingham Palace's recent review of royal patronages, with his private secretary Ian Patrick saying applicants must also have a deep understanding of the Welsh community.
